She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles B. Shindell and Ruth M. Shindell; and her son Michael C. McErlean. She is survived by: her husband Donald P. McErlean of McGregor; her son Timothy D. McErlean (Angel Bethke) of Austin; her siblings, Charles B. Shindell (Valerie) of Rhode Island, Ruth M. MacKay (Doug) of Georgia and Joseph E. Shindell (Cilla) of Georgia; her daughter-in-law Cris A. McErlean of McGregor; and her grandchildren, Isabel A. McErlean and Michael A. McErlean of McGregor. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
