She was predeceased by: her parents, Glen Laverne Griffin and Carolyn Holmes Hart; her stepfather William Tyndall; and her friend Hubert Edwards. She is survived by: her husband Steven Dutschmann; her son Sam Dutschmann; her parents-in-law, Marvin Dutschmann and Mary Wanda Dutschmann; her brother Glen Griffin; her siblings-in-law, Becky Griffin of Santee, SC., Gary Dutschmann (Jennifer Dutschmann) of Dallas, TX. and Lori Ann Burris (Simon Burris) of Woodway, TX; her nephews, Owen Burris and Peter Burris; and her niece Lucy Burris.
While helping Baylor students throughout the 2019 pandemic, Beth was called to minister to students in need of supplemental meals, clothing, books, moving assistance and storage.
