She was predeceased by: her parents, Samuel Fred and Joy May Bass (Teague); her niece Christy Bass; and her nephew Justin Bass. She is survived by: her husband Johnny Whaley; her children, Larry Kelly, John Whaley, Jason Whaley, Stacie Lokey (Ricky) and Alicia Urbanovsky (Darrell); her siblings, Jack Bass (Stephanie), Gary Bass (Debbie), Athey Russ (Brian) and Misty Walter; her grandchildren, Caden Whaley, Garret Lokey and Lauren Lokey; her great grandchild Ella Wood; her nephew Samuel Bass; her nieces, Joy Walter, Caitlin Werner (Luke) and Brandy Sawyer (Joey); and her pets, Nikki, Bailey, Lexi, Peanut and Andy. She is also survived by her husband, children, family and friends.
