He was predeceased by: his parents, Ray Ernest and Neva May Dicks (Rickabaugh); and his brothers, Dave, Mikal and Marty.
He is survived by: his wife Terri; his children, Jason Dicks of McGregor, Tim Dicks (EveAnn) of McGregor, Eric Dicks (Jackie) of New Market, Minnesota, Jennifer Drake (Heath) of Davis Oklahoma and Christy Thomas (Thurman) of Waco, Texas; and his siblings, Reva Hottendorf, Kella Schaible, Dana Kruger, Rick Dicks, JT Hall and Keith Knecht. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren and one great grandchild.
