With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Joe Meadows of McGregor, Texas, who passed away on July 8, 2024 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Hervey Meadows and Letha Estelle Dawson Meadows; his wife Margaret Ellen Tyer; his brother Doug Meadows; and his sister-in-law Mary Meadows.
He is survived by: his son-in-law Chris Harris; his children, Meredith Harris and Mark Meadows; his grandchildren, Jaimee Harris of Nashville, TN, Robert Harris of Austin, TX, Michael Harris of Gatesville, TX and Madison "Maddie" Meadows of Nashville, TN.; his brother Ray Meadows; his sisters-in-law, Becky "Sis" of Waco and Pauline Tyer of Iowa City, Iowa; his aunt Bobbi West; and his nieces and nephews, Kent Meadows, Shaun Zitting, Angie Shoaf, Mindy Meadows, Al Meadows and Sarah Perez.
