He was predeceased by: his parents, J. H. Doshier and Opal Doshier (Rea); his wife Maudie Caroll (Goolsby); his sister Wanda Denio (Doshier); and his brother-in-law Kenneth Gaines.
He is survived by: his siblings, Betty Brien (Pete Brien) of Hearne, Connee Holcomb (Danny Holcomb) of Kerrville and Larry Doshier (Laura Doshier) of McGregor. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces, and great nephews; and great-great nieces and nephews.
