In the hush of twilight, as the stars twinkle in silent homage, we reflect on the legacy Jerry David leaves behind and his impact on the lives of his loved ones. Though Jerry David may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the memories held dear by his family and friends, a guiding light that illuminates their paths in times of darkness.
He was predeceased by: his parents, C. Capps Capps and Jewelene Evers Capps; and his siblings, Harrold W. Capps and Lillian Capps Bouknight. He is survived by: his wife La Juana Capps; his granddaughter Kaitlyn Capps; and his siblings, Linda Chamness (Ricky) and Terry Capps (Angie). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, December 18th 2024 from 5:30 PM to 7:30 PM and on Friday, December 20th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM. A graveside service will be held on Friday, December 20th 2024 from 2:30 PM to 3:30 PM at 1538 Sun Flower Rd, Gilmer, TX 75644.
