In the sacred silence of farewell, Franklin is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that his light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of his loved ones. And as his memory is carried forward, may comfort be found in the knowledge that love is eternal, and that Franklin's spirit lives on in the beauty that surrounds us.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Luther B. Culpepper and Merle Guyton. He is survived by: his friend Blue Grass; and his son Michael Culpepper of McGregor, TX. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great nieces & nephews and cherished friends.
Viewing was held on Sunday, January 26th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Cole Funeral Home (1113 W 5th St, McGregor, TX 76657). A celebration of life was held on Sunday, January 26th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
