He was predeceased by: his parents, Frederick Harbour and Dorothy Harbour (Greer); his daughter Melissa Denise Favors; and his grandchildren, Ashley and Warren.

He is survived by: his wife Charmain; his daughters, Amy White (Steve) and Mindy Sassman (Richard); and his grandchildren, Johnathan Nichols, Steven Nichols, Samantha White, Alex White, Jordan Peterson, Charles Favors, Jacob Sassman, Emily Sassman and Savanna White. He is also survived by children and grandchildren and in recent years, their great granddaughter.

In lieu of flowers, memorials/donations may be made to the Humane Society of Central Texas in Waco, Texas.
