Billy Carroll Schmalriede Obituary

We are sad to announce that on November 20, 2020, at the age of 83, Billy Carroll Schmalriede (McGregor, Texas) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Schmalriede and Josie Holcome Schmalriede; and his siblings, Faye Henning, Dorothy Symank, Ray Schmalriede and Leo Schmalriede.

He is survived by: his children, Carol Ortega (Anthony), Christi Cox (Russ), Terry Schmalriede (Janet) and Tim Schmalriede; his grandchildren, Miranda Ortega, David Schmalriede, Kari Ortega, Joaquin Ortega, Kylie Cox, Kase Cox and Kirsten Goodwin; and his siblings, Bobby Schmalriede and Cleo Gohlke. He is also survived by six great grandchildren.
