She is survived by: her mother Mary Ann Carr; her sister Patricia (Marcus Kelm); her husband David Brooks; her siblings, Craig Carr (Deanna), Pam Travis (Larry) and Trish Kelm (Marcus); her sister-in-law Lori Hoke (Mike); and her children, Monica Cloe (Barak), Dax and Cody Brooks (Sarah Beth). She is also survived by 11 nieces and nephews.
