She was predeceased by: her parents, Mack Kemp, Sr. and Ada Kemp (Rogers); her husbands, Nathan Brown and Emmitt McKinney; her children, Allen, Ivo, Henry, Melton and Emma Franklin; and her siblings, Eda, Georgia, Thomas, Mack "Boy" Kemp Jr., Wesley "Koonie" Kemp and Clint "Ducie" Kemp.

She is survived by: her grandchildren, Michelle, Allena of Killeen, Coby of Atlanta, Eric of McGregor, Antoinette Perry (Chris) of Lancaster, Christi, Kayla, Corey, Shayla (Robert), Kelsi, Kalvin, Te'Juree, Lance, Luke, Daryl, Charles, Trent, Rodrick, Gregg, Erica, Edrica, Chad and Chance. She is also survived by nephews, nieces, relatives, coworkers, friends.
