He was predeceased by: his parents, William Miller Hopper and Lois Irene McDavid Hopper; his daughter Jennifer Lynn; and his siblings, Jesse and Carol.
He is survived by: his wife Patricia Campbell; his grandchildren, Tyler Hyatt Hopper and Elizabeth Shafer; his stepdaughters, Sharon Shafer and Melissa Bauer; his nephews, Mark Hopper (Debbie), Fred Hopper (Patty) and John Hopper; and his niece Patty (Dan Gillian). He is also survived by numerous extended family and dear friends.
