He is survived by: his father Hollas Hoffman; his stepmother Margaret; his brother Dean Hoffman; his sister-in-law Jennifer; his brother Heath Hoffman; his sister-in-law Rachel; his nieces, Shelby Hoffman, Kailey Hoffman, Kinley Hoffman, Haley Hoffman and Ali Forbes; and his nephew Reid Hoffman.
