He was predeceased by: his parents, Foster Lewis and Thelma Lewis; and his siblings, Eva Ollie Lewis, Jane Lewis, Dale Lewis, Gale Wusterhausen, Opal Lewis, Jack Lewis and William Robert Lewis.
He is survived by: his children, Charlyn Horchem (Kevin) and Andrew Lewis (Julie Beyer); his grandchildren, Devin Horchem (Susan) and Avirett Lewis; and his siblings, Margie Schindler, Esther Collins, Judy Layton, Danny Joe Lewis and Richard Lewis. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
