He is survived by: his wife Bobbie Trader Sherrill; his children, Jerry Platt, Saffron Brown (Mike Hansen), JoLene Pellom (Tony Pellom) and Stephanie Najvar (Danny Najvar); his grandchildren, Angel Bidel, Robyn Bidel, Elizabeth Bidel, Justin Najvar and Gareth Platt; and his great grandchildren, Emeric and Adonis.
