He was predeceased by: his parents, William Miller and Dillie Powell Miller; his wife Alyce Louise Hogan Miller; his son Mark Allan Miller; and his siblings, Wilma Miller Billet and James Miller.

He is survived by: his brother Milton Miller; his daughter-in-law Ruth Ann Vega; his granddaughters, Robin and Heather Miller; and his great grandchild Emet Miller-Hays. He is also survived by numerous extended family and dear friends.
