He is survived by: his wife Vera Headrick; his children, Donna Headrick, Jeff Headrick, Max Headrick (Leslie) and Bret Headrick (Bridget); his grandchildren, Rex Headrick (Amanda), Rob Headrick (Sarah), Katy Baker (Chris), John David, Tess, Elise, Jilayne, Hannah and Hailey Headrick; and his great grandchildren, Hadley and Jax Headrick.
