He was predeceased by: his parents, Jose Rios and Dolores Rios; and his son Jose Vicente Rios. He is survived by: his wife Guadalupe Rios of McCamey; his daughter Guadalupe Kneupper of McCamey; and his grandchildren, Dominique Anguiano and Jose Rios Garcia of McCamey. He is also survived by nine great grandchildren.
