He was predeceased by: his parents, Sabas Marquez Sr. and Guillerma Gonzalez; his wife Carmen; and his sisters, Rosa Galindo and Anna Mendoza.

He is survived by: his children, LeeRoy Marquez (Eva), Noe Marquez (Crystal), Robert Marquez Jr. (Priscilla) and Jessica Marquez; and his siblings, Sabas Marquez Jr., Felix Marquez, George Marquez and Teresa Franco. He is also survived by several nephews, nieces, grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren.
