She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, J. G. Notgrass and Rosa Notgrass; her husband Bill Blackburn; her brothers, Burl, Troy, Bud and Randall Notgrass; her granddaughter Jennifer Herron (Roland Ramsey); her pet Cuddles; her children, Mandy, Randy Brooks of McCamey, TX, Ronnie Ramsey of Henderson, NV and Kathy Herron of McCamey, TX; and her siblings, Nita Howard of Whitesboro, TX, Orita Smith of Winters, TX and Dale Notgrass (Jackie) of Lubbock, TX. She was also cherished by numerous nieces and nephews, six grandchildren, sixteen great-grandchildren, and two great-great-grandchildren.
