He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Manuela Montes and Nicolas Arias; his wife Maria Elena; his children, Aidee Gonzalez (Eli Gonzalez), Maria Ramirez (Ramiro Ramirez, Jr.) and Julio Cesar Arias; his grandchildren, Ramiro Ramirez, III, Caleb A. Ramirez, Elena R. Gonzalez, Zayra Flores, Sara Flores, Mariana Flores and Elsa Flores; his great grandchildren, Sofia and Carolina; and his sisters, Norma Arias of Silguero and Emma Rosa Arias of Teran. He was also cherished by numerous nieces and nephews.
