Gonzalez in McCamey, Texas, born in Shafter, Texas, who passed away on November 1, 2024, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Francisco Madrid (Father) and Santos Madrid (Mother); her siblings, Paula Borrunda, Lidia Hernandez and Luis Madrid; and her granddaughter Angelina G. Avila.
She is survived by: her sister Alicia Bass of McCamey, TX.; and her daughters, Linda Avila (Jesus), Carolina Sandoval (Gus), Jaine Gonzalez, Irma Tavarez (Rey) and Julia Galindo (Eliseo). She is also survived by her 13 Grandchildren, 18 Great -Grandchildren, and 3 Great-great Grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, November 6th 2024 from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Martinez Funeral Home & Crematory (1040 S Dixie Blvd, Odessa, TX 79761). A funeral service was held on Thursday, November 7th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the First Baptist Church (101 E 20th St, Crane, TX 79731). A burial was held on Thursday, November 7th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Crane County Cemetery (1600 Horsehead Ave, Crane, TX 79731).
