She is survived by: her husband Luis Cortez; and her children, Hilario Cortez Rodriguez (Maribel), David Cortez Rodriguez (Olivia), Daniel Cortez Rodriguez (Teresa), Jose Luis Cortez Rodriguez (Evelia), Arely Cortez Rodriguez, Obed Cortez Rodriguez (Margarita), Reynaldo Cortez Rodriguez, Eric Cortez, Felipe Cortez Rodriguez (Elizabeth) and Oberlin Cortez Rodriguez (Sonia). She is also survived by her numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
