He is survived by: his children, William Michael Cowart (Dori), Deena Elaine Cowart and Thomas Ethan Cowart; his grandchildren, Abigail Cowart, Sarah Cowart, Kristin Timmons, Lil'Rusty Timmons and Riley Higginbotham; his great grandchild Kinsley Hoag; and his siblings, Steve Cowart (Bea) and Jerry Cowart (Brenda). He is also survived by numerous aunts, cousins, nephews.
