He is survived by: his wife Betty Carolyn Brown of San Juan; his children, Anthony Wayne Brown (Amy Brown) of Seward, Jeremy Wayne Brown of Point Blank, Dustin Wayne Brown (Natalie Brown) of Seattle, Misty Renee Pacheco, Mexico and Jasmine Alysabeth Whitten (Christopher Whitten) of Harlingen, Texas; and his siblings, Bernice Carpenter of Butler, Louise Zeagler of Macon and Thomas Brown of Onalaska, Texas.. He is also survived by nine grandchildren.
