He is survived by: his son Gary; his daughter-in-law Carolyn Watkins of Georgetown; his daughter Peggy; his son-in-law John Baldwin; his children, Debbie Tyrrell and Billy Bob Watkins; and his grandchildren, Brandon Watkins of Austin, Michael Baldwin (Stephanie) of San Antonio, Julie Minnis (Ian) of San Antonio, Jeffrey Baldwin (Betsy) of San Antonio, Cheri Moceri (David) of San Antonio, Jonathon Tyrrell (Natalie) of San Antonio, Kenneth Tyrrell (Juri) of San Antonio, Laura Fronczek (Nathan) of Richmond, Virginia, Baylee Ehlinger, Callie Ehlinger of Corpus Christi, Grant Ehlinger and Taylor Ehlinger of McAllen. He is also survived by twelve great-grandchildren.
