He is survived by: his wife Minerva Munoz Soto; his children, Guadalupe Soto Roque, Esmeralda Soto Martinez, Victor Soto Jr. (Rose), Daniel Soto (Margie), Mario A. Soto, Gerardo Silguero, Tommy Silguero (Maya), Sandra Silguero and Ysabel Silguero Aguilar (Jaime); and his brothers, Eutiquio "Cano" Soto and Antonio C. Soto. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
