He was predeceased by: his parents, Daniel Valadez and Lupita Valadez; and his brother Javier Valadez. He is survived by: his children, Louis Valadez, Kimberly Valadez and Linda Valadez; his brother Daniel Valadez Jr.; his aunts, Domitila Hovey, Hope Villacana, Juanita Villacana and Maria Louisa Villacana; and his cousin Mary "Betty" Hovey.
