With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Russell Lewis Barlow III (McAllen, Texas), who passed away on January 21, 2021 at the age of 38. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Russell Lewis, Phenie Irise Barlow (Nanny), A. J. Rexrode (Pawpaw Rex), Thomas G Carmichael (Pawpaw Tommy) and Janice J Carmichael (Mimi); his aunt Barbara Casey; and his cousin Mark Myatt.
He is survived by: his wife Sylvia A Barlow of San Juan; his parents, Russell Lewis Barlow Jr. (Lynn) of Port Isabel and Patricia Farias (Paul) of McAllen; his mother-in-law Alberta Rayburn (Mike) of Beach City; his sisters-in-law, Synthia Gonzales of Houston and Crystal Lind; his aunts and uncles, Deitrah Davis (Marvin) of McAllen, Adrian Barlow of McAllen, Bettye Barlow of Port Isabel, Jan Wiley of McMinnville, TN, Kathy Ausborn of McAllen, Deborah Broom of McAllen, Mark Casey of Kerrville and Brooks Ausborn (Brookie) of McAllen; and his cousins, Stephen Wiley, Deuce, Erik, Landen Myatt, Michael Hawker, Gabby Miller, Sean Casey, Alyssa Merlos, Gavin, Emery Jameson, Aeryn Ausborn and Matthew Malone.
With Covid so rampant, limitations on gatherings, and many at risk, memorial services have been postponed till a later date.
