He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Cecilio Mancias and Isaura Garza Mancias; his wife Lorena Montalvo Mancias; and his children, Alma A. Bazan, Anna Mancias, Ruben Mancias Jr. and Michael Lee Montalvo. He was also cherished by his 7 grand-children, 8 great-grand-children, 1 great-great-grand-children.
