She is survived by: her husband Eluterio Pablo Perez; her son Dr. Tom Perez, III (Monica); her siblings, Maria Barrera, Gloria Posada, Bertha Sanchez, Hope Guajardo and Joe Barrera; and her grandchildren, Richard Perez, Katarina T. Perez, Christopher Perez, Kristen Perez, Thomas W. Perez, Savannah Perez and Matthew T. Perez. She is also survived by four great-grandchildren.
