He was predeceased by: his parents, Felipe Hinojosa and Bacilisa Garcia. He is survived by: his wife Petra Solis of Hinojosa; his children, Jose Francisco Hinojosa (Lolis), Flor Esthela Adame (Jorge), Gerardo Hinojosa (Elsa), Basilisa Adame (Juan) and Rodolfo Hinojosa Jr. (Inez); and his sisters, Elvira Garcia and Matiana Cantu. He is also survived by 21 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.
