He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Jose Antonio Hernandez and Dolores Caballero; his siblings, Odilia, Anibal, Sigifredo, Jose Antonio, Eduvijes and Laura; his sons, Rey Jr. and Henry; his friend Heriberto Villarreal; his brothers-in-law, Cheto and Hermilo; and his friend Walmart. He was also cherished by seven grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, April 1st 2025 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Rivera Funeral Home - McAllen (1901 Pecan Blvd, McAllen, TX 78501). A prayer was held on Tuesday, April 1st 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location.
