He is survived by: his wife Lupita; his children, Raul Jr. (Mona), Imelda Mangas (Rick), Cindy Jaime (Bert) and Leticia Rodriguez; his grandchildren, Ricky, Nina (Victor), Adrian, Marisa, Andres and Cesar; and his great grandchildren, Nico and Eli.
In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to the Servants of the Cross or Our Lady of Sorrows School.
