He was predeceased by: his parents, James and Doris. He is survived by: his wife Linda Couch; and his children, Stephanie Couch, Evan Couch, Karen Phipps and William Stewart. He is also survived by many friends, family and especially his Grandchildren.
A memorial service was held on Wednesday, December 18th 2024 at 11:30 AM at the RIC Brown Funeral Home (701 E Expressway 83, Mission, TX 78572). A committal service was held on Wednesday, December 18th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Rio Grande Valley State Veterans Cemetery (2520 Inspiration Rd, Mission, TX 78572). A burial was held on Wednesday, December 18th 2024 at the Rio Grande Valley Veterans Cemetery (2520 Inspiration Rd, Mission, TX 78572).
