She is survived by: her husband Abelardo Garza; her children, Roberto Garza (Lisa), Ester Maldonado (Jesse), Abel Garza (Jackie) and Amy Cruz (Eddie); and her siblings, Ninfa Tamez, Irma Luna, Rosa Ocanas, Minnie Valdez, Benny Valdez, Jaime Valdez, Janie De La Cruz, Victor Valdez and Aida Valdez. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild.
