She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Felix Palomo and Lorenza Martinez; her husband Julian Balderas Mendoza; and her children, Cleofas De La Rosa III, Kimberly De La Rosa and Julian Balderas III. She was also cherished by many cousins, nieces, nephews, and extended family.
Due to the current climate surrounding COVID -19, we are limiting the amount of visitors to our facility and requiring all guests to please wear a mask and observe social distancing.
