She was predeceased by: her parents, Cordie Scoggins Labar and George L. Labar Sr.; her husband Buddy Melvin Owens; her son Eric (Buddy); and her siblings, Joyce, Jean, George, Paul and Wayne.
She is survived by: her children, Judy, Dane (Carol) and Brent. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren, 16 great grandchildren, and 2 great great grandchildren.
