With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Marie Clarice Farr of McAllen, Texas, who passed away on May 17, 2022 at the age of 99. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Wilber Clayton Farr Sr.; her parents, Leroy Stephenson and Lula Mae Stephenson; her sister Anice Smith (Lawson); and her granddaughter Melissa Gwen Watton.
She is survived by: her children, Fontina Marie Joyce (Lyle), Wilber Clayton Farr Jr. (Lita) and Michael Stephen Farr (Lori); her nieces, Kathy Tucker and Sharon Wright; and her nephew David Smith. She is also survived by 10 grand children and 17 great grand children.
In lieu of flowers, Marie suggested a donation to the American Cancer Society, the American Diabetes Association, Gideons International or First Baptist Church, McAllen.
