She was predeceased by: her son Martin Angel Elizondo; her parents, Eliborio Canales and Maria Santos Canales; and her brother Fabian Oscar Canales. She is survived by: her husband Francisco A. Elizondo; her children, Marielsa A. Pulido (Carlos), Mayela S. Cantu (Manuel), Francisco A. Elizondo Jr., Marisa S. Casares (Andrew) and Manrique A. Elizondo (McKayla); and her siblings, Marielva Cantu and Liborio Canales. She is also survived by 16 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren.
