She was predeceased by: her parents, Simon Duran and Trinidad T. Duran; her sister Norma Gonzalez; and her sister-in-law Connie Duran. She is survived by: her siblings, Grace Duran of Harlingen, Simon D. Duran and Mario Duran; and her brother-in-law Gilbert Gonzalez. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, & friends.
A funeral Mass was held on Wednesday, April 9th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Joan of Arc Catholic Church (109 S Illinois Ave, Weslaco, TX 78596). The inurnment was held on Wednesday, April 9th 2025 at the Valley Memorial Gardens (3601-3611 N Taylor Rd, Mission, TX 78573).
