It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Luis Angel Canchola Sr. (McAllen, Texas), who passed away on April 9, 2025, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his mother Armandina Canchola; and his brother-in-law Ramon Silva. He is survived by: his wife Yolanda Araguz Canchola; his children, Loui Canchola (Michelle), Debra Canchola and Lisa Canchola; his grandchildren, Clarissa, Elizabeth, Alexa and Trey; and his siblings, Jose Guadalupe Canchola (Fidela), Carolina Silva, Graciela Gaitan (Leonel) and Juan Canchola (Graciela). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Saturday, April 12th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Bt Church (2001 Trenton Rd, McAllen, TX 78504). A celebration of life was held on Saturday, April 12th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions can be made to BT Church or Disabled American Veterans.
