We are sad to announce that on December 7, 2022, at the age of 74, Leroy Russell Ritter of McAllen, Texas, born in Ponca City, Oklahoma passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Tex Ritter and Ruth Ritter; his former spouse Lu Ann; his sister Alta Mae Frobish (Merle); his sister-in-law Donna Ritter; his nieces and nephews, David Frobish, Shawn Ritter, Karen Lenfestey (Mark), Barbara Vaughn (Tommy) and Chrystal Garrison (Jacob); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Evan Ritter, Garet Houser, Wyatt Houser, Amanda Lenfestey, Erin Ritter and Allyson Vaughn; his brother-in-law Merle Frobish; and also, Roy, Russell and LeeRoy.
