She is survived by: her children, Lydia Levasseur, Fernando Vela, Norma Reeves, Desiderio Vela and Grace Bird; and her siblings, Maria Olga Martinez and Ramiro Vega. She is also survived by her 22 grandchildren and 23 great-grandchildren.
