He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Roel Salinas and Ballester Salinas; his children, Linda Silva, Juan Salinas, Jr. (Heather), Mario Salinas (Jessica Olesini), Elia Hayward (Jonathan), Roel Salinas (Victoria Ramirez) and Gloria Salinas; and his brothers, Toribio Salinas (Mary), Raul Salinas (Scott Stinson) and Jesus Salinas (Annette). He was also cherished by 15 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews.
