He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Guadalupe Ruiz and Guillermina Ruiz; his wife Dora Elia Ruiz; his children, Alejandro Ruiz, Isai Ruiz and Stephanie Ruiz; and his sisters, Concepcion, Sylvia, Maria, Lourdes and Guadalupe.
