He was predeceased by: his parents, Salvador Perez and Maria Ortega. He is survived by: his wife Sandra Luz Perez; and his children, Elizabeth Perez (Frank), Sybil Perez (J. Gabel), Juan Perez Jr. and Edgar Perez. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.
