We are sad to announce that on June 14, 2021, Joseph Lamantia Jr. (McAllen, Texas) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his mother Verna LaMantia Sr. Joe; his former wife Ann LaMantia; his father Joseph LaMantia; and his sisters, Marie, Ann, Shirley, Verna and Joan.

He is survived by: his wife Derrelene; his children, Val (Guy), Joe, III (Marilyn), Greg (Laurie), Steve (Linda) and Tony (Jennifer); and his stepdaughters, Jennifer and Lori (Felix). He is also survived by grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, the family prefers donations to be made in Joe's honor to Stars Scholarship Fund, P.O. Box 3068, McAllen, Texas 78502-3068.
