He is survived by: his wife Maria Magdalena Estrada; his children, Maria Magdalena Torres, Susana Figueroa, Beatrice Escobedo, Jorge Torres and Ana Torres; and his siblings, Gregorio Torres, Bartolo Torres and Antonio Torres. He is also survived by 24 grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren.
